Shipping and Handling
We typically ship your bike or accessories within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. We usually use UPS or Dicom for shipping.
Your carefully packaged bicycle will arrive at your home in a large brown box. All you have to do is follow the assembly guide or our YouTube videos to complete the assembly of your bike.
Warranty and Refund Policy
All our bikes come with a 3-2-1 warranty: three years on the frame, two years on the battery, and one year on the entire bike. The warranty also covers shipping and labor costs.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to exchange or return your bicycle for a refund. To do so, please contact customer service by email at support@ebgo.ca
