An e-bike that pedals like you do.
Premium components, torque-sensing assist, and the kind of stability that makes long rides feel shorter. Designed in Canada, shipped free across Alberta.
Comfort, range, and assist that feels like you.
A torque sensor reads how hard you're pedaling and matches it. No surges, no jolt off the line. The bike just amplifies what you're already doing — which is why riders describe it as feeling like a regular bike with stronger legs.
The longest range in our lineup, on a 48V Samsung/LG battery built for Canadian winters and Canadian summers. Enough to ride the Bow River Pathway, the Elbow Valley Trail, and the long way home.
Shimano 9-speed drivetrain, hydraulic disc brakes, Suntour suspension fork, suspension seatpost, aerospace-grade aluminum frame. The components on this bike are the ones you'd upgrade to.
Built for the rides we actually do out here.
The Aura is a comfort hybrid built for distance. Upright posture, larger 27.5" wheels for a smoother roll over uneven pavement, a torque sensor that handles Alberta's hills the way you wish your knees would, and a step-through frame that doesn't ask you to swing a leg over after a long day. It's the bike for the Saturday ride that turns into an all-afternoon ride, the commute that includes a real climb, and the years you want to keep riding without your body deciding otherwise.
110 km of range on the Aura's battery covers the Bow River Pathway, the Elbow Valley Trail, the Edmonton River Valley and back, or two of those in a weekend. The torque sensor sips power on flat trails, which is part of why range goes further than a spec sheet suggests.
A torque sensor responds to how hard you push, not how fast the wheel spins. On hills — the Nose Hill climb, the ride up to Confederation Park, the kicker on the way home from Hawrelak Park — that means assistance arrives the moment you need it. Not after.
Step-through frame, upright posture, suspension fork and seatpost, ergonomic grips, larger wheels for stability. The Aura is the bike you buy when you want to keep riding for the next twenty years, not just the next two.
What a torque sensor actually does.
Most e-bikes use a cadence sensor: when the pedals spin, the motor turns on. It works, but the assist comes in waves — a beat behind your pedal, then sometimes a beat too strong. A torque sensor measures how hard you're pressing on the pedals, and matches the motor's effort to yours. Push harder, more help. Ease off, less help. The bike feels like a regular bike — just one with stronger legs underneath you.
Instant, smooth, matches your push.
Assist builds as you push harder. The harder it gets, the more help you get.

"The first time you ride a torque-sensor e-bike, the thing you notice isn't the power. It's that there's nothing to notice."
A 3-2-1 warranty, and a Canadian on the other end of the phone.
Every Aura comes with our full 3-2-1 warranty: three years on the frame, two years on the battery, one year on the entire bike. Labour and shipping for warranty repairs are included. If something needs attention and you're in Alberta, you call us — we'll either ship the parts, walk you through the fix, or coordinate with a qualified bike shop near you. You won't pay to ship the bike back to Quebec, and you won't pay a mechanic out of pocket. The warranty clock starts the day your bike arrives.

The questions we get most often
What's the difference between the Aura and the CC60+?
The Aura is the next evolution of our most popular model. Same proven platform, but every touchpoint refined for a smoother ride: a torque sensor that responds to how hard you actually pedal (instead of the CC60+'s cadence-based assist), up to 110 km of range, and a more inclusive size range starting at 4'10". If the CC60+ is the original, the Aura is the version we built after listening to thousands of riders.
What size should I get?
The Aura comes in two step-through frame sizes. Small fits riders roughly 4'10" to 5'7", and Medium fits roughly 5'5" to 6'2". If you're between sizes, go with the one that matches your inseam preference — both share the same low step-over height, so mounting and dismounting is easy either way. Email or call us if you want a quick fit check before ordering.
Will the bike actually arrive in Alberta for free?
Yes. Free shipping to every Alberta postal code from our Quebec warehouse — no distance surcharge.
What if I need a repair and there's no EbGo shop near me?
Check our support videos and articles, call or email us first. Most issues get solved by shipping a part directly to you or walking you through the fix on the phone. For anything that needs a wrench in hand, we'll find a qualified bike shop in your area in Alberta and coordinate the repair on our end — you don't chase the warranty, we do.
Is this bike legal on BC bike paths?
Yes. The Aura is a Class 2 e-bike: 500W motor, max assisted speed 32 km/h, with a pedal-assist mode and a thumb throttle. That meets Alberta's Traffic Safety Act definition of a power-assisted bicycle, so it's legal on roads, bike lanes, and most multi-use paths without a licence, insurance, or registration. (A few municipal parks restrict e-bikes — check local signage.)
