Open Box bikes are refurbished by our qualified experts. That said, your bike may have minor scratches or imperfections, but these do not affect its physical or mechanical integrity. There are two grades of Open Box bikes: Grade A and Grade B, and details can be found in the tab below.
Grade A vs Grade B
Grade A: The bike has less than 100km and is in almost new condition.
Grade B: The bike has traveled more than 100km and/or has some minor scratches.

We typically ship your bike or accessories within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Your carefully packaged bicycle will arrive at your home in a large brown box. All you have to do is follow the assembly guide or our YouTube videos to complete the assembly of your bike.
