It ensures optimal support for your bike and allows easy loading and unloading with the Ramp & Bridge. Sold as a pair for one bike, this set is your go-to for seamless fat-bike integration.

*Note that when using this wheel tray set on the rack, the roll-thru tray should be used for the back wheel. The full-length tray aids in the support of the front wheel of the bike and prevents the wheel from turning or the bike from coming loose in the rack.

Expédition et Manutention

Nous expédions généralement votre vélo ou vos accessoires dans un délai de 1 à 2 jours ouvrables. Une fois votre commande traitée, vous recevrez une confirmation avec un numéro de suivi par courriel. Nous utilisons généralement UPS ou Dicom pour les expéditions.

Votre vélo, emballé avec soin, arrivera chez vous dans une grande boîte marron. Il ne vous reste plus qu'à suivre le guide d’assemblage ou encore nos vidéos Youtube pour finaliser le montage de votre monture.

Garantie et Politique de remboursement

Tous nos vélos bénéficient d’une garantie 3-2-1: trois ans sur le cadre, deux ans sur la batterie et un an sur l’ensemble du vélo. La garantie couvre également les frais de transport et la main-d’oeuvre.

Dans l’éventualité ou votre achat ne vous conviendrait pas, vous avez 7 jours pour échanger ou vous faire rembourser votre vélo. Pour ce faire, veuillez communiquer avec le service à la clientèle, par courriel, au support@ebgo.ca
