We usually ship your bike or accessories within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number by e-mail.
Your bike, carefully packed, will arrive at your door in a large brown box. All you have to do is follow the assembly guide or our Youtube videos to finalize the assembly of your bike.

Yes, the AURA was designed to fit a wide range of riders thanks to two frame sizes and a very low step-through, making it easy to find a comfortable fit.
Size options:
Small (S): suitable for riders approximately 5′–5′7
Medium (M): suitable for riders approximately 5′6″–6′2″
The low step-through frame makes getting on and off the bike easy, regardless of height or flexibility.
The upright and comfortable riding position adapts well to different body types.
Multiple adjustments (seat, stem, handlebars) allow you to fine-tune your comfort once on the bike.
