Refund policy

Try your EBGO electric bike at home for up to 30 days and if you're not completely satisfied, contact us at 1-844-678-3246 and we'll take it back.

You'll need to pack the box with all its original contents. Once the product has arrived, a full refund will be made to your credit card, including all shipping costs.

In the event of a return, If you are shipping an item over $75, you should considerusing a shipment tracking service or purchasingshippinginsurance.We donot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

*It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the bike is properly packaged.

If the product is damaged during the return process due to improper packaging, or if items are missing from the box, this will be at the customer's expense and will be reflected in a 10% return fee on the order refund, in addition to the value of the missing part(s).

*The product must be repacked in its original box and with the packing materials, including the 2 keys, battery, charger, tool kit. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that everything is in the box, otherwise, if the bike is returned damaged, this will be the customer's responsibility.
