Boîtes ouvertes bikes are reconditioned by our qualified experts. That said, your bike may have minor scratches or defects, but these in no way affect the physical or mechanical integrity of the bike. Two grades of Open Box bikes exist, Grade A and Grade B, and details can be found in the tab below.

Grade A: The bike has covered less than 100km and is in almost new condition.

Grade B: The bike has been ridden more than 100km and/or has minor scratches.

We usually ship your bike or accessories within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number by e-mail. We usually use UPS or Dicom for shipping.

Your bike, carefully packed, will arrive at your door in a large brown box. All that's left to do is follow the assembly guide or our Youtube videos to finalize the assembly of your bike.

All our bikes come with a 3-2-1 warranty: three years on the frame, two years on the battery and one year on the whole bike. The warranty also covers shipping and labor.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to exchange or have your bike refunded. To do so, please contact customer service by e-mail at support@ebgo.ca.
