Ideal come rain or shine, winter or summer, it’s also perfect for those riders seeking to take on and master the art of city cycling and its many hazards… even those Montreal potholes!

Open box sales
Open Box bikes are reconditioned by our qualified experts. That said, your bike may have minor scratches or defects, but these in no way affect the physical or mechanical integrity of the bike. Two grades of Open Box bikes exist, Grade A and Grade B, and details can be found in the tab below.
Grade A vs Grade B
Grade A: The bike has covered less than 100 km and is in almost new condition.
Grade B: The bike has been ridden more than 100 km and/or has minor scratches.
Shipping and Handling
We usually ship your bike or accessories within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number by e-mail. We usually use UPS or Dicom for shipping.
Your bike, carefully packed, will arrive at your door in a large brown box. All you have to do is follow the assembly guide or our Youtube videos to finalize the assembly of your bike.

Basic warranty includes:
All our bikes come with a 3-2-1 warranty: three years on the frame, two years on the battery and one year on the whole bike. The warranty also covers shipping and labor.
Extended warranty+ includes:
5-3-2 extended policy
2 years on the bike: Enjoy extended coverage for the mechanical and electrical components of your EBGO bike.
3years on the battery: Extended warranty to ensure optimum performance of your battery for an extended period.
5years on the frame: Protect the structural integrity of your bike with an extended frame warranty.

Is the frame size right for me?
The recommended height range for this bike is between 5’2” and 6’. However, being shorter or taller than this doesn't automatically mean the bike isn’t right for you — it mostly depends on leg length. If you'd like to try it before buying, we invite you to visit us in-store at Distrik in Victoriaville, QC.
What is the maximum weight capacity?
The maximum recommended weight for this bike is 275 lbs.
What is the battery range?
With this bike, you can ride up to 60 km with ease.
Looking for more range with your battery?
You have the option to add a 14A battery (G4-G5) for extended range, allowing you to ride up to 80 km.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY BIKE?
Customer service is at the heart of our priorities. If you experience an issue with your ebgo bike, we strongly recommend contacting us first. In 80% of cases, we can resolve the problem remotely without the need for travel. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will direct you to the nearest partner retailer for the repair.
