In addition, its minimalist design allows it to be one of the lightest electric bikes on the market, for a total weight of 37lbs (including 4.6lbs for the battery).

Shipping and Handling
We usually ship your bike or accessories within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number by e-mail. We usually use UPS or Dicom for shipping.
Your bike, carefully packed, will arrive at your door in a large brown box. All you have to do is follow the assembly guide or our Youtube videos to finalize the assembly of your bike.
Our different warranties
All our bikes come with a 3-2-1 warranty: three years on the frame, two years on the battery and one year on the entire bike. The warranty also covers transport costs and labour.

Refund policy
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to exchange or have your bike refunded. To do so, please contact customer service by e-mail at support@ebgo.ca.

« I bought this bike in early May 2024. I tested it at your store and picked it up the following week. Now that I’ve had the chance to use it, I can give my review and confirm that everything I initially saw as an advantage still holds true. Its ease of use stands out, the belt drive instead of a chain makes it much more user-friendly. The battery life, advertised at 50 km, is actually much greater, especially when not using assistance on flat terrain. I’ve never run out of battery, even riding up to 75 km. It handles steep hills with ease, even in windy conditions. I can keep up with, and even outpace, my partner, even though his bike is more powerful. I’m a very satisfied customer. »

Is the frame size right for me?
The recommended height range for this bike is between 5’ and 6’. However, being shorter or taller than this doesn't automatically mean the bike isn’t right for you, it mostly depends on leg length. If you'd like to try it before buying, we invite you to visit us in-store at Distrik in Victoriaville, QC.
What is the maximum weight capacity?
The maximum recommended weight for this bike is 275 lbs.
What is the battery range?
With this bike, you can ride up to 60 km with ease.
Looking for more range with your battery?
For our MODAL electric bikes, there is no option to install a larger battery. The maximum compatible battery is 10A. If you’d like an additional battery, feel free to contact us, we’ll be happy to provide one for you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY BIKE?
Customer service is at the heart of our priorities. If you experience an issue with your ebgo bike, we strongly recommend contacting us first. In 80% of cases, we can resolve the problem remotely without the need for travel. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will direct you to the nearest partner retailer for the repair.
