Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these official rules (the "Rules").
2. Contest Period
The Contest begins on September 3, 2026, at 12:00 AM (ET) and ends on September 11, 2026, at 11:59 PM (ET) (the "Contest Period").
Any entry received before the start or after the end of the Contest Period will be considered ineligible.
3. Eligibility

Employees, representatives, and agents of ebgo, as well as persons with whom they are domiciled, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
There are two ways to enter the Contest.
A) Entry with Purchase
During the Contest Period, any eligible person who purchases an ebgo Duster or ebgo Expedition bike in Quebec or Ontario will receive one (1) entry into the draw.
The eligible purchase must be made:
- on ebgo.ca; or
- from a participating ebgo retailer located in Quebec or Ontario.
The purchase must be made and completed during the Contest Period.
Proof of purchase may be requested by ebgo to confirm the eligibility of the entry.
B) Entry without Purchase
To enter without making a purchase, the participant must write an original text of at least 250 words answering the following question:
"Where would your ebgo take you this fall and why?"
The text must be sent by email to marketing@ebgo.ca, with the subject line:
Ride in Color Contest – No Purchase Entry
The email must also contain the following information:
- the participant's full name;
- their email address;
- their phone number;
- their city;
- their province of residence.
The email and text must be received by ebgo no later than September 11, 2026, at 11:59 PM (ET).
Each valid no-purchase entry entitles the participant to one (1) entry into the draw, the same number of entries as an eligible purchase.
Limit of one (1) entry per person during the entire Contest Period, regardless of the entry method used.
A person who has made an eligible purchase cannot obtain an additional entry by also using the no-purchase entry method.
5. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded in the Contest.
The prize consists of a gift certificate redeemable for a Bed and Breakfast package at Domaine Château-Bromont, with a value of CA$365.
The use of the gift certificate is subject to the terms, conditions, availability, and restrictions applicable to the gift certificate and the package offered by Domaine Château-Bromont.
The prize must be accepted as is and cannot be substituted or exchanged for cash, except at the Organizer's discretion.
Any expenses not expressly included in the gift certificate are the responsibility of the winner.
Domaine Château-Bromont is not the organizer of the Contest and is not responsible for its administration, the draw, or the selection of the winner.
6. Draw and Winner Selection
One (1) participant will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The draw will take place on September 30, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
7. Prize Award and Announcement
The selected participant will be contacted by ebgo using the contact information provided during their entry or, in the case of an eligible purchase, the contact information associated with the purchase.
Before being declared a winner and receiving the prize, the selected participant must:
- confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements of the Contest;
- correctly answer, without assistance, a skill-testing mathematical question;
- provide, if necessary, information allowing ebgo to verify their identity and eligibility;
- respond to ebgo within the deadline indicated at the time of contact.
If the selected participant cannot be reached, does not respond within the indicated deadline, does not correctly answer the skill-testing question, declines the prize, or does not comply with one or more conditions of these Rules, they may be disqualified. In such a case, ebgo may proceed with a new random draw from the other eligible entries.
The winner will be announced after confirmation of their eligibility, following the draw on September 30, 2026.
8. Verification of Entries
ebgo reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entry.
Any incomplete, fraudulent entry, entry received outside the Contest Period, or entry not complying with these Rules may be declared ineligible.
In the case of a no-purchase entry, the submitted text must be original and consist of a minimum of 250 words.
Any attempt to obtain more entries than the number permitted by these Rules may result in the participant's disqualification.
9. General Conditions
By participating in the Contest, each participant agrees to be bound by these Rules and by the Organizer's decisions regarding the administration of the Contest.
Subject to applicable laws, ebgo reserves the right to cancel, modify, extend, or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, if an event beyond its control compromises or prevents its proper conduct.
ebgo cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, or unreceived entries due to a technical or communication problem beyond its control.
10. Personal Information
Personal information collected during the Contest will be used for its administration, including verifying participants' eligibility, administering the draw, contacting the selected participant, confirming the winner's identity, and awarding the prize.
Participation in the Contest does not automatically result in the participant's registration for ebgo's marketing communications.

The Contest may be announced or promoted on Facebook and Instagram.
However, the Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
