Shipping and Handling
We usually ship your bike or accessories within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number via email.
Your carefully packaged bike will arrive at your home in a large brown box. All you have to do is follow the assembly guide or our YouTube videos to complete the assembly of your ride.

Is the frame size right for me?
Yes, the AURA was designed to fit a very wide range of cyclists thanks to two frame sizes and a very low step-through, which makes adjustment much easier.
Size options: Small (S): suitable for people approximately 5′–5′7″ or Medium (M): suitable for people approximately 5′6″–6′2″
The very low step-through frame makes it easy to get on and off the bike, regardless of your height or flexibility.The upright and comfortable riding position adapts well to different body types.Several adjustments (saddle, stem, handlebars) allow you to fine-tune comfort once on the bike.

Under ideal conditions, the AURA can offer up to 110 km of range on a single charge. Actual range may vary depending on the level of assistance, terrain, weight carried, temperature, and your riding style.
