Certified Open Boxes
Open Box bikes are reconditioned by our qualified experts. That said, your bike may have minor scratches or defects, but these in no way affect the physical or mechanical integrity of the bike. Two grades of Open Box bikes exist, Grade A and Grade B, and details can be found in the tab below.
Grade A vs Grade B
Grade A: The bike has covered less than 100 km and is in almost new condition.
Grade B: The bike has been ridden more than 100 km and/or has minor scratches.

Its 16” universal frame has been designed to comfortably fit a wide range of riders, from 5’2” to 6’.
Shipping and Handling
We usually ship your bike or accessories within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number by e-mail.
Your bike, carefully packed, will arrive at your door in a large brown box. All you have to do is follow the assembly guide or our Youtube videos to finalize the assembly of your bike.
