We usually ship your bike or accessories within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number by e-mail. We usually use UPS or Dicom for shipping.

Your bike, carefully packed, will arrive at your door in a large brown box. All you have to do is follow the assembly guide or our Youtube videos to finalize the assembly of your bike.

All our bikes come with a 3-2-1 warranty: three years on the frame, two years on the battery and one year on the whole bike. The warranty also covers shipping and labour.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to exchange or have your bike refunded. To do so, please contact customer service by e-mail at support@ebgo.ca.
