Description

The E-SPEC is a hitch-mounted platform carrier approved for motorhomes and specially designed to carry heavier electric bikes. It can be used on motorhomes and campers (with the supplied RV bolt) as well as cars and trucks. It carries one or two bikes weighing up to 80 lb each when installed on ordinary vehicles, and two bikes weighing up to 70 lb each when installed on a camper trailer. It fits most frame sizes and shapes, and accommodates tires up to 3" wide and wheels from 20" to 29" in diameter. A lockable threaded hitch pin secures the rack to your vehicle, while lockable ratchet hooks lock your precious bikes to the rack.

    Shipping and Handling

    We usually ship your bike or accessories within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number by e-mail. We usually use UPS or Dicom for shipping.

    Your bike, carefully packed, will arrive at your door in a large brown box. All you have to do is follow the assembly guide or our Youtube videos to finalize the assembly of your bike.

    Warranty and Refund Policy

    All our bikes come with a 3-2-1 warranty: three years on the frame, two years on the battery and one year on the whole bike. The warranty also covers shipping and labour.

    In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to exchange or have your bike refunded. To do so, please contact customer service by e-mail at support@ebgo.ca.
