Open box sale
Open Box bikes are refurbished by our qualified experts. That said, your bike may have minor scratches or imperfections, but these do not affect its physical or mechanical integrity. There are two grades of Open Box bikes: Grade A and Grade B, and details can be found in the tab below.
Grade A vs Grade B
Grade A: The bike has less than 100km and is in almost new condition.
Grade B: The bike has traveled more than 100km and/or has some minor scratches.
One size fits all
Its universal 16" frame is designed to comfortably fit most riders, from 5'2" to 6' tall.
Shipping and Handling
We usually ship your bike or accessories within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number via email.
Your carefully packaged bike will arrive at your home in a large brown box. All you have to do is follow the assembly guide or our YouTube videos to complete the assembly of your ride.

Is the frame size right for me?
The E-VOLVE comes in one size, 16", suitable for riders from 5'2" to 6'.
What is the maximum weight capacity?
The maximum capacity is 275 pounds for all our models.
What is the battery life?
Range varies depending on terrain, weather, rider weight and tire pressure. Our 48V 15Ah battery can travel up to 100 km using assist level 2.
