Open Box Sale
Open Box bikes are reconditioned by our qualified experts. That said, it is possible that your bike may have minor scratches or defects, but these do not affect the physical or mechanical integrity of the bike. There are two grades of Open Box bikes, Grade A and Grade B, and details can be found in the tab below.
Grade A vs Grade B
Grade A: The bike has less than 100 km and is in near-new condition.
Grade B: The bike has travelled more than 100 km and/or has some minor scratches.
Shipping and Handling
We usually ship your bike or accessories within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number via email.
Your carefully packaged bike will arrive at your home in a large brown box. All you have to do is follow the assembly guide or our YouTube videos to complete the assembly of your ride.

The Miles is available in 2 sizes:
- Small (15") which fits cyclists from 5' to 5'5"
- Medium (17") which fits cyclists from 5'6" to 6'
What is the maximum weight capacity?
The maximum capacity is 275 pounds for all our models.
What is the battery life?
Range varies depending on terrain, weather, rider weight, and tire pressure. Our 48V 15Ah battery can travel up to 100 km using assist level 2.
